How to book

We open a date only once the artist and the venue are confirmed.

  1. Choose a date

    Pick an open date and time, and tell us how many guests: one or two.

  2. Book and pay

    Enter your name and email, and pay online. Your booking is confirmed right away.

  3. Get the details

    We email you the venue address, directions, and the artist's name. You can check your booking any time on Find your booking. See you in Kobe.

Questions

Do I need any musical experience?

None at all, and you don't need to read music. The artist teaches you step by step, starting with how to hold the shamisen.

What language is the session in?

In English or Japanese. You choose when you book.

Can a friend come along just to watch?

Can I take photos and video?

Yes, and you're welcome to share them on your social media. The duet at the end is the best moment, and we are happy to film it for you on your phone. Details

How do I pay?

Online, by card, when you book.

What if I need to cancel or change my date?

Full refund up to 4 days before; 50% from 1–3 days before; no refund on the day. You can change your date once for free up to 4 days before. Details

Where exactly is the venue?

In Kobe. We send the exact address after your booking is confirmed.
